What is Online Fitness coaching?

Personal training done through video (Zoom, Skype, etc) for the goals of: 

  • Building lean muscle.

  • Toning up.

  • Weight loss/ weight management.  

  • Improve posture.

  • General health and well being.

  • Consistency and accountability.

 

This can also include:

  • Online fitness programming.

  • Nutrition coaching.

  • Guided meditation.

  • Or a combination of the above.


The coach leads the client through workouts, and advises/educates the client on additional actions they could need to take outside of the training sessions.

 

Workouts are done with equipment that the client has at home, with initial or additional recommendations made.

 

Routines can include:

  • Total body strength training.

  • High intensity interval training.

  • Exercises for core and abdominal muscles.

  • Mobility and functional fitness.

  • Yoga movements for flexibility.

  • Rules for recovery.

  • Cues for mindset.

coaching?

Nutrition coaching uses an integrative approach (fitness, nutrition, and mindset) to create lasting lifestyle change to

  • Improve body composition.

  • Levels of fitness.

  • Levels of energy and overall well being.

 

Consulting and collaboration to create solutions for:

lean muscle building, weight management/weight loss, stress management, recovery, etc.

Nutritional insight will be provided, with suggestions of macronutrient ratios supportive of body composition goals.

Plus there will be a focus on:

  • Goal setting.

  • Action steps.

  • Accountability.

  • Time management.

  • Behavior change.
